Datacenter 1

HE.NET - The Fremont California Facility
The Fremont facility, located in the Hurricane Electric Facility, having 99.9% uptime, is connected to a national backbone which is ranked among the top in the nation. Dual OC48 (2.4 Gbps) connections to several major exchange points form network rings around the nation (see HE.NET for more details). These include MAE-West in San Jose CA; PAIX in Palo Alto CA; AADS in Chicago IL; NYIIX in New York NY; and MAE-East in Vienna VA.
Same datacenter is used by BMW (the car manufacturer), Baskin Robbins (the ice cream company), Charge.com (one of the largest online credit card charging companies), Intershop (shopping cart software), ShopFactory (shopping cart software company), the largest manufacturer of PCs and printers in the world.

The self-healing network eliminates a single point of failure. In addition to the backbone, a backup transit from multiple locations ensures that data arrives via the shortest possible route. The backup transit and the many international peers allows the network to maintain the shortest routes for sending data all over the world. In addition, HE.Net is always looking at fiber carriers for potential new routes, additional backup transit providers, and new peering relationships. [network pic]

Our Fremont facility has one of the friendliest peering policies in the industry. There is a constant effort to peer with any network that is connected to one or more of the exchange points that this network uses.

Our peering arrangements include the following exchanges and are ever-growing so do check back for the latest updates here:
MAE-West in San Jose (100Mbps FDDI,155Mbps OC3 ATM)
MAE-East (100Mbps FDDI,155Mbps OC3 ATM)
AADS in Chicago
PAIX(Palo Alto Internet Exchange) in Palo Alto (1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet)
NYIIX (New York Internet Exchange) in New York (100Mbps Fast Ethernet)
MAE-East in Vienna
Level3 Communications
Sprint
MCI WorldCom
Frontier
Pac Bell (155Mbps OC3 ATM)
AADS (Ameritech) (155Mbps OC3 ATM)
The entire network is fully switched and uses the Border Gateway Protocol Version 4 (BGP4) over Cisco 12000 series GSR routers. This ensures that bandwidth will be routed through the best available carrier providing you seamless connectivity at the same time. We always update the router's IOS after we have stress tested the latest IOS on a non-critical router, for maximum stability. The switch that your equipment will ultimately be connected to is connected back to a core router via fiber.

The Fremont Facility was designed from the ground up to serve data housing needs. Raised floors, individually locked cabinets, advanced climate control, back-up power, custom designed video surveillance of every cabinet, and onsite security measures assure that servers are safe while running optimally. The Data Center is monitored and guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It was engineered with HVAC environmental systems, digital surveillance, stringent security, conditioned uninterruptible power, and your convenience in mind. Datacenter 2

State of the art carrier class data facility in Houston, Texas.
With redundant everything. features, the 65,000 square feet of space with redundant UPS - five 375 KVA UPS units, air conditioning - Liebert air conditioning systems. With just one system running at 20% of its capacity, the room is kept VERY cold, The units are alternated so that each one is kept in optimal condition, generator backup and smoke detection/fire protection systems.
We believe in redundancy. Everything in this facility has at least one backup! The facility is under 24/7 remote camera surveillance, closed circuit monitoring of all areas and entrances, card key access, 24 hour guard manned security, redundant a/c systems, and fiber from 6 seperate providers. We are indiscussions with three additional providers for the ultimate in redundancy.
NOC is manned 24/7, not just monitored 24/7.

Datacenter is connected to the Internet through 13 Gigabit Ethernet links from six separate backbone providers, who each run fiber optic cable into the data center through two separate entry points. For superior Network & uptime we're connected to various providers -
- Time Warner Gigabit Link,
- Verio Gigabit Link x 5,
- Williams Gigabit Link,
- Allegiance GigE Link x 2,
- MFN GigE Link x 3,
- Savvis OC3 Link,
- ELI DS3 Link.

Datacenter 3

Data Centers provide the physical environment necessary to keep your websites up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The world-class facilities are custom designed with temperature control systems. They offer the widest range of physical security features as well as video camera surveillance and security breach alarms.

Within this facilities, we are able to deliver the highest level of reliability through a number of redundant subsystems, such as multiple fiber trunks coming into the Data Center from multiple sources, fully redundant power on the premises, and multiple backup generators.

This new and large facility with expansion room up to 100,000 SQ FT.

Datacenter 4

The 11,000 square foot Data Center facility is in Scranton PA, USA. Data Center facility contains everything needed to ensure your mission-critical Internet operation is functioning at the highest perfomance levels.

All hardware are maintained, and server monitered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. All servers are wired into an uninterruptible power supply, as well as connected to a deisel backup generator.

The network is connected via Gigabit fiber connections to Verizon (Formerly Bell Atlantic PA), PPL Telcom, (a sub-division of Pennsylvania Power & Electric- PPL and Commonwealth Telephone(CTSI, NorthEast PA's 2nd largest Telco. The network currently connects the POPs (Points of Presence) in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Philadelphia, & New York City, with others to be completed shortly. The transit is provided via Gigabit Ethernet (1000mbps) from Verio (http://www.verio.com), Global Crossing (http://www.glbx.com) and XO Communications (http://www.xo.com). For redundancy, its running BGP4 (border gateway routing protocol) to maintain the speed and uptime. If one backbone line goes down, it will balance the load to the other(s). If one line gets congested, it will load balance the traffic. This is currently the only major data center/co-lo facility within 60-75 miles of the Tier-3 Scranton/Wilkes-Barre PA USA Metro Area.
